2000 President Ernie Faulkner Vice President Alan Rice Secretary Doreen Howes Les Wheeler (from 10/2000) Treasurer Doreen Howes Provedore Val Young Lorna Parker A New Years Eve Dance was held with 58 attending. The committee decided that Pam Cochrane would play three nights per month and The Silver Comets one night per month for 2001. Apparently there was no dance on the fifth Wednesday of the month when it occurred.

Mayor Alan Bolton attended and presented prizes

Four bands played in the following order Technitone, Silver Comets, Elma, Commodores, Silver Comets. Bands became honorary members and entitled to attend dinners. Admission price for visitors increased from $6 to $7. After some complaints it was decided to allow Marek Holden to do his loud clicking noise in only the Gypsy Tap. Mid Year Dinner held at Spinnakers and Xmas Dinner at the Ambassador Hotel 2006 President Peter Jones Vice President Ted Eales Secretary Edith Larfield Treasurer Mary Clark Provedore Doreen Hogan Bands remained the same as previous year except 5th Wednesday was Just Me ( Pam Cochrane) New dance for the year was the Hucklebuck which is usually danced as a progressive dance Special Events included a Country and Western Night and an Hawaiian Night. George Tonissen given a certificate for being the longest serving member of the club.

The Club held it's 30th Anniversary Ball in September The theme was "pearl" and 125 members attended. New dances for the year were the Harmonie Waltz and the Tango 44 Events for the year included a Roaring Twenties Night and a Halloween Night. Mid Year Dinner held at Spinnakers and Xmas Dinner at the Ebony & Ivory Restaurant
